Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in areas like networking, Windows system administration, security management, or Help Desk support (Tier 1 or 2)
- Proficiency in LDAP and Microsoft Windows Active Directory
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Experience in drafting procedures, instructions, and standards
- Familiarity with PowerShell or Python scripting
- Knowledge of SQL Query Language
- Experience in Group Policy administration
Responsibilities
- Manage information security for Windows Server domains utilizing Active Directory
- Oversee information security for Enterprise Applications, including Exchange and RSA SecurID tokens
- Safeguard information security for critical internal business applications
- Generate data maintenance reports and rectify identified issues
- Assist in conducting periodic internal and external IT audits
- Ensure compliance with all Security Administration Standard Operating Procedures
- Facilitate user training for both staff and contractors
- Enhance provisioning and reporting processes using automation scripts
Description
