Requirements
Must:
- Associates Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or possess an equivalent technical certification
- Two years of experience in supporting desktop users within a networked environment
- Strong technical skills in hardware
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Project, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experienced in Microsoft Expression Web or comparable web development platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving kneeling, crawling, bending, and overhead reaching, along with the strength to lift and carry computer-related equipment such as computers, monitors, and printers
Responsibilities
- Provide end user support and help desk services for company hardware, software, mobile devices, 2FA, telecommunication devices, and network connectivity
- Install, upgrade, and perform testing of computer systems, peripherals, mobile devices, 2FA, and telecommunication devices
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktop hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Generate and maintain user documentation as needed
- Oversee and manage both assigned and unassigned hardware inventory
- Maintain the company intranet site and its contents
- Execute additional duties as assigned
- Be prepared for occasional overtime when necessary
