Must:
- Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Proficient troubleshooting skills in desktop, network, and cloud systems
- Ability to support multiple clients and environments concurrently
- Effective management of ticket queues and prioritization
- Strong communication and client interaction abilities
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally as required
Responsibilities
- Address escalated service desk tickets (Level 2 support)
- Diagnose and resolve issues in:
- Windows environments
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Basic networking (VPN, DNS, DHCP)
- Endpoint security tools
- Directly communicate with clients to provide updates and solutions
- Prepare and configure client machines:
- Image and provision workstations/laptops
- Install necessary applications and tools
- Ensure devices comply with company standards before shipment
- Document tasks performed and keep precise ticket notes
- Collaborate with internal teams on escalations and projects
