Requirements
Must:
- Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance required before the start date.
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory for security clearance eligibility.
- TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required.
- Typically requires a BS/BA Degree in STEM (Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Physics) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong background in on-premises RHEL-based infrastructure design.
- Experience in integrating systems that include network, computer, and specialized FEP equipment.
- Proficient in configuring and maintaining Common Cryptographic equipment in a secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize best practices to assist with design, development, and implementation of the on-premises Front End Processor solution, including both software-based and hardware-based FEPs.
- Configure and implement Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) scripts to manage configurations and troubleshoot the FEP system.
- Design, implement, create scripts, test, document, and maintain the system effectively.
- Aid in developing test and integration configurations while optimizing FEP performance.
- Provide guidance on resource allocation and utilization for the FEP system.
- Support engineers with tool usage and technical issues by leveraging standards and best practices.
- Manage network connectivity for the FEP system.
- Operate diagnostic tools for FEP hardware and software.
- Set up and configure FEP software simulator tools.
- Offer support for maintenance and testing activities in both factory and operational environments.
