Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in developing and testing software for government clients
- Proficiency with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of program execution metrics
- Experience in software engineering cost estimation
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. security clearance
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering and business units to deliver practical processes and templates for software development
- Foster Agile and DevSecOps discipline within the team
- Act as a liaison to support modernization with other disciplines
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software, Agile, DevSecOps, and GenAI innovation across the organization
- Contribute to improvement projects and initiatives with engineering leaders
- Communicate strategies and constraints related to process documentation and cost estimation
- Develop and maintain documentation for process command media and metrics
- Support the Software Modernization Center and Engagement Leads in ensuring efficiency
