Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) is typically required
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering experience or equivalent
- Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is necessary prior to the start date
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens qualify for security clearance
- Familiarity with Jira is essential
- Experience in program planning to identify gaps based on established rules
- Strong communication and coordination capabilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable navigating complexities in various processes
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and Software/System Integration/Test processes
Responsibilities
- Manage the master Radar Product Line (RPL) schedule using Jira
- Assist in aligning RPL with program planning iterations
- Ensure seamless integration of Jira with programs to provide comprehensive data to the product line
- Verify the accuracy of Jira linking within the model
- Ensure complete planning for the RPL
- Address any discrepancies across RPL disciplines (example: all software should correlate with corresponding requirements)
- Collaborate with Cost Account Managers (CAMs) to input financial data into Jira
- Drive continuous improvements in the Jira scheduling processes
