Requirements
Must:
- Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens qualify for security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in using IBM Rational DOORS.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with systems and design engineers to set up DOORS database environments tailored to individual program requirements.
- Inform users of DOORS database regarding tool functionalities and provide informed recommendations for feature utilization based on documentation goals.
- Advise on the optimal timing and methods for integrating features and functionalities based on program lifecycle phases.
- Manage access controls within each program’s DOORS modules.
- Utilize and develop scripts for automating the documentation upload and download processes to and from DOORS in various formats.
- Lead a team of database administrators by offering technical support, delegating tasks, fostering individual growth, assessing manpower needs, and contributing to performance evaluations twice a year.
