Requirements
Must:
- Technologist or Mechanic background with experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical equipment
- 3 to 4 years of customer service experience emphasizing communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English; bilingual in French is a plus
- Understanding of electronics, circuits, and component identification (preferred)
- Experience working within a regulated and inspected environment
- Familiarity with lifts or elevators is highly advantageous
- Competence in Microsoft Office; experience with Solid Works or AutoCAD 2D is a bonus
- Excellent teamwork, organizational skills, and ability to follow through

Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming, knowledgeable point of contact for our dealers and installation teams
- Manage inbound technical support calls and emails with professionalism
- Provide assistance on installations, troubleshooting, and repairs through phone support and advanced remote tools
- Act as the technical lifeline for field teams, offering real-time troubleshooting support
- Deliver onsite technical assistance when necessary
- Oversee and process parts orders to ensure operational efficiency
- Assist in developing and documenting processes to streamline technical support
- Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting cases and sharing insights on newly identified modes of failure
Description
We design and manufacture lifts and elevators that enhance lives, and were searching for a Technical Support Specialist who will be pivotal in our mission. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our dealers and installation teams, providing exceptional service and expertise. We offer a competitive salary starting at $55,000 per year and foster a collaborative team environment.
