Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of prior assembly or production experience required with a demonstrated capacity to collaborate within a team
- Proficient in PC operations, specifically MS Office
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Capability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
- Familiarity with label-making software is a plus
- Ability to operate independently and take initiative
- General problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities
- Review work orders to ascertain details such as quantities to be printed, production time, stock specifications, colors, and color sequences.
- Unpackage materials for the printing production process.
- Fold the finished product, bag it, and/or box it for delivery.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the workflow to ensure the correct quantity has been printed and packaged for shipment.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy throughout all tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
