Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong comprehension of manufacturing processes and the integration of ERP systems with production workflows.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing IT teams and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration.
- Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Certifications in ERP platforms like SAP, Plex UX, or Microsoft Dynamics (preferred).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards relevant to manufacturing (preferred).
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and the role of IT in supporting continuous improvement (preferred).
- Experience with cloud computing and data analytics tools (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, execution, and management of ERP implementation projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with teams in manufacturing, finance, and operations to gather requirements, ensuring that ERP solutions cater to business needs.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, encompassing hardware, software, networks, and security protocols, to sustain system reliability and data integrity.
- Formulate and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to guarantee compliance and enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise and guide IT staff, delivering training and support to bolster team skills and performance.
- Assess system performance and resolve issues to reduce downtime and optimize user experience.
- Investigate emerging technologies and propose solutions that align with the organizations objectives and industry trends.
