Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with autonomous agents or agent frameworks
- Daily utilization of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Windsurf
- Full-stack ability to create necessary tooling and integrations for agents
- Proficiency in spec-driven development; capable of writing detailed specifications for AI implementation and reviewing the results
Responsibilities
- Writing and deploying production-level code swiftly: specification → AI implementation → review → deployment on the same day
- Developing and enhancing agents that operate on schedules, manage edge cases, and require minimal supervision
- Taking ownership of features from initial requirements through to deployment
- Collaborating directly with the founder in-person
Description
We are in search of a developer to join our team focused on the innovative deployment of autonomous AI agents tackling various business functions such as bookkeeping, treasury, payroll, and more. Our infrastructure is already established, and we need someone who can expand it, create new agents, and develop products on top of our existing systems. This role is fully in-person in Rockville, MD, offering a competitive pay rate of $55 to $80 per hour.
