Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess a Secret Clearance and be eligible to obtain one.
- Associates degree is preferred.
- Familiarity with Air Force Instructional, Joint Technical Data, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) documentation is required.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient research skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Adept computer skills, with at least 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate non-conformance resolution through the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) system and engineering systems, including the Lightning II Information Support Tool (LIST) for F35 and other systems.
- Receive requests, collect and analyze information, obtain measurements, and draft detailed submissions for non-conformance resolution on-site.
- Collaborate with mechanics and other relevant personnel to gather necessary information.
- Analyze, interpret, categorize, and electronically input information into government database systems.
- Apply DoD, Air Force, and command-specific logistics policies and regulations, making recommendations for updates and changes.
- Develop a solid understanding of the MROs data structure, reports, and capabilities.
- Respond to MRO within 4 business hours, communicating and obtaining information as required.
- Update engineering database(s) with submissions within specified timeframes.
- Monitor LIST and engineering systems for notifications and engineering disposition hand-offs between production and other teams, and inform the GR of non-standard production delays.
- Complete final closeout for individual engineering assistance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
