Requirements
Must:
- Positive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset contributing to team success
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field (Science, Technology, Engineering) or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in direct customer support, particularly in software/hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Proven capacity to work independently and collaboratively within team settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
- Proficient in drafting highly technical incident reports, service bulletins, and documentation
- Experience in root cause analysis utilizing data from aircraft flight logs
- Ability to provide clear and concise technical instructions through both verbal and written mediums
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Skilled in analyzing intricate technical issues and formulating effective, data-driven solutions
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background check due to government contract requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 10% when necessary
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by resolving intricate technical challenges using industry best practices and troubleshooting techniques
- Clearly communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to gauge issues and deliver prompt, accurate resolutions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and trust through proactive communication and a customer-first approach
- Implement solutions using established procedures, technical resources, and knowledge base articles for consistency and reliability
- Thoroughly document all customer interactions and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts
- Play a role in the development and upkeep of a robust knowledge base, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides
- Work closely with the Quantum-Systems Programs team to ensure alignment of support efforts with mission objectives and project timelines
- Collaborate with the Quantum-Systems Engineering team to identify root causes and enhance product improvements
- Embody and advocate for Quantum-Systems core values in all duties and interactions
