Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience interacting with customers for software/hardware setup and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Proven ability to prioritize and adapt tasks to achieve effective outcomes.
- Skills in handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in understanding and analyzing complex issues to develop effective solutions.
- U.S. Citizenship required; background check will be conducted.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
- This role is office-based, with occasional travel needed for business purposes.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in resolving intricate issues by applying industry best practices for troubleshooting.
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, or chat to fully grasp their challenges and offer solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and confidence by taking appropriate actions and maintaining a customer-centric attitude.
- Develop effective solutions for customer issues, often adhering to established procedures or knowledge resources.
- Keep thorough records of customer interactions and resolutions to enhance future support efforts.
- Contribute to a knowledge base featuring frequent questions and troubleshooting guidance.
- Work collaboratively as part of the Quantum-Systems Programs team.
- Partner with the Quantum-Systems engineering team.
- Advocate and embody the core principles of Quantum Systems.
