IT Operations Coordinator

- Provide prompt, professional resolution of IT Service Desk tickets, ensuring effective communication and thorough documentation. - Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues through various support methods, escalating complex problems as necessary. - Efficiently manage the ticket queue by prioritizing and categorizing requests while maintaining alignment with established service level agreements (SLAs). - Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and approved software according to IT standards. - Conduct routine system upgrades, maintenance, and lifecycle tracking, while keeping accurate inventory of hardware assets. - Assess user and departmental needs to recommend specifications for new hardware purchases. - Ensure smooth integration of desktop systems with servers, network resources, productivity suites, and enterprise applications. - Support initiatives such as mobile device management (MDM) rollout, device trust configuration, license management, and enhancing endpoint security. - Participate in projects involving application migration, access control alignment, and transitions to single sign-on (SSO) and Microsoft Authenticator. - Identify opportunities for automation to improve IT workflows and enhance efficiency. - Contribute to ongoing enhancements of the IT ticketing system, focusing on optimizing processes for better user experiences. - Collaborate with HR and Facilities to facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding, including equipment provisioning and account setup. - Work with vendor support teams to address issues related to hardware, software, and infrastructure components. - Adhere to established SLAs and uphold service excellence in IT operations while completing additional tasks assigned by management as needed. ###
