Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in technical support roles within fulfillment or warehouse settings
- Strong understanding of Android and iOS device management, hardware troubleshooting, and operating systems such as Windows and macOS
- Familiarity with Google Suite and standard productivity applications
- Solid grasp of computer networking principles, including LAN
- Excellent communication skills for effective user support and teamwork
- Knowledge of customer support procedures and best practices in customer service
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced fulfillment environment while paying attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network systems in fulfillment operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues
- Configure payment terminals for operations
- Execute remote installations as needed
- Manage inventory within our fulfillment centers
- Handle procurement and generate purchase orders
- Collaborate with teams on onboarding and related requests
- Conduct regular assessments of hardware
- Support fulfillment operations by identifying and resolving software issues affecting order processing or inventory management systems
