Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science
- Associates degree with over two years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma with over four years of relevant experience
- Job-related experience in troubleshooting defective hardware
- Proficiency in resolving software and application issues
- Familiarity with network room operations
- Strong customer service capabilities
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Certification in Network Operating Systems is advantageous
- Technical certifications such as MOS, MTA, MCP, A+, or MCITP are preferred
- General understanding of the ITIL framework
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain agency hardware, systems software, and applications software portfolio
- Oversee the installation and upgrading of equipment and software
- Conduct data conversions and utilize system utilities
- Implement change control processes
- Facilitate problem resolution and referrals to other support areas
- Identify and troubleshoot defective equipment prior to deployment
- Determine and solve hardware issues effectively

This role is based entirely onsite in Madisonville, KY, with a work schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Frequent travel across the state is required, and candidates will be reimbursed for mileage when using their personal vehicle.
