Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science
- Alternatively, an Associates Degree with over two years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma with over four years of relevant experience
- Valid drivers license is required
- Dependable vehicle and state-required motor vehicle insurance
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift over 50 pounds
- Knowledge of network operating systems
- Computer technical certification (such as MOS, MTA, MCP, A+, or MCITP) is advantageous
- Understanding of the ITIL framework
- Proficient in identifying and troubleshooting defective equipment
- Capable of diagnosing and resolving software and application issues
- Experience in a network room environment
- Strong customer service abilities
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills in fast-paced settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated individual
Responsibilities
- Provide support for agency hardware, systems software, and application software portfolios
- Maintain data dictionaries, conduct equipment and software installation and upgrades
- Handle data conversions and system utilities management
- Manage change control processes
- Coordinate problem resolution and referrals to additional support areas
- Regularly travel statewide as required for deployment projects

This full-time position is based onsite at the Rowan County Judicial Center in Morehead, KY, with working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
