Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- Over 12 years of experience in architecting, designing, and developing complex computer systems using Java technologies
- Extensive experience in reviewing technical designs to ensure they meet enterprise standards
- More than 10 years of experience using Java IDEs such as Eclipse or STS
- Over 10 years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL for designing logical and physical data models
- At least 8 years of experience in preparing and managing technology roadmaps for supported applications
- More than 8 years programming with Java JEE and Spring/Spring Boot frameworks
- Over 8 years of development experience using Hibernate/JPA frameworks
- At least 5 years of experience with frontend technologies such as Angular or ReactJS, and JavaScript frameworks
- Over 5 years of experience in JBOSS Enterprise SOA and DevOps containers environment
- More than 5 years of experience implementing CMM/CMMI Level 3 methods and practices
- At least 5 years of participation in agile development processes, including test-driven development
- More than 3 years of experience or knowledge in creating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Five years of experience with cloud technologies, preferably in AWS
Responsibilities
- Lead the application development team by providing technical guidance and support
- Develop application components using Object-Oriented Java/JEE technologies and design principles
- Create software design documents and collaborate with stakeholders for review and approval
- Design, maintain, and develop web applications and interfaces, as well as RESTful web services
- Ensure that the application architecture aligns with business requirements through stakeholder collaboration
- Write clean, testable code utilizing Spring MVC, Hibernate, jQuery, HTML5, JavaScript, and ReactJS
- Design both logical and physical database models in Oracle and Postgres, ensuring data migration integrity
- Execute the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and write technical specifications for complex projects
- Prepare technology roadmaps for supported applications
- Optimize SQL queries and troubleshoot issues using SQL and PL/SQL scripts
- Utilize Databricks to enhance applications
- Integrate software components into a fully functional system
- Leverage source control tools like GIT
- Develop on application servers including Apache Tomcat, JBOSS, and OpenShift Container
- Create prototypes and mockups for user feedback and approval
- Document flowcharts and layouts to ensure logical system requirements flow
- Participate in large agile projects, contributing to Java 8, SOAP, and Restful Web Services
- Work with AWS services and recommend cost-effective solutions through resource analysis
- Understand Kubernetes concepts and utilize Elastic agents effectively
