Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years of pertinent IT experience
- A minimum of 2 years in configuration and enterprise-level monitoring, with advanced troubleshooting of complex environmental and application issues
- At least 1 year of experience with business requirements and setting up out-of-the-box digital workflow components; direct hands-on experience in configuring systems, not merely administering them
- Familiarity with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Dynatrace for enterprise-level monitoring
- Expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, and Python
- Strong troubleshooting competencies across data center infrastructure components including Network, F5, Operating Systems, SAN, and Virtualization
- Exceptional communication abilities to provide timely updates on issues, projects, and troubleshooting efforts
Responsibilities
- Conduct enterprise-level monitoring and perform advanced troubleshooting using Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Dynatrace
- Manage the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database effectively
- Oversee the ServiceNow Discovery Configuration
- Offer configuration assistance for Hardware and Software Asset Management
- Support requirement gathering sessions and assist in user story development
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the realization of quality and design in functional capabilities
