Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 2 to 3 years of experience in business analysis and documenting IT requirements
- Proficiency in business analysis and requirements definition
- Familiarity with the agile development methodology
- Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Fast learner who can apply new technologies effectively
- Excellent team player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong listening skills and the ability to seek clarification when needed
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, able to interact with diverse stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing project tasks and communicate with stakeholders regarding requirements and solutions
- Gather and document business requirements, including features and user stories
- Manage the product backlog and break down user stories for developers
- Facilitate the definition of acceptance criteria for user stories
- Communicate probing questions and feedback from stakeholders to the development team
- Analyze business processes to recommend improvements for efficiency and value
- Drive the adoption of BA roles and processes within the project team
- Evaluate clients capabilities and needs to recommend suitable vendor solutions
- Maintain project documentation and provide technical support to the PMO
- Coordinate with stakeholders and users to validate software and system requirements
- Collaborate with the development team on task management and estimations
- Lead user acceptance testing efforts with stakeholders
- Address ongoing client needs post-delivery, ensuring responsive resource engagement
- Manage project analysis and testing components, supporting the Project Manager
- Assist the development team by answering questions regarding the project scope and addressing technical challenges
- Develop and uphold the projects testing plan following iterative methodologies
- Clearly communicate project needs and gather user stories, use cases, and required artifacts
- Understand and articulate the implications of business requests
- Collaborate with the business unit to set realistic project expectations
- Analyze current and future business processes to align team efforts with project goals
- Model system interactions and manage data requirements for new solutions
- Create mock-ups of user interfaces as necessary
- Engage continuously in improvements and documentation of systems for development
- Revise business processes and guidelines with user collaboration
