Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or a relevant combination of recent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Product Suites (Word, Excel, Visio)
- 3 to 5 years experience in a Business Analyst/System Testing role
- Skilled in defining business challenges, collecting and documenting requirements, identifying business solutions, and ensuring they comply with requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to manage significant workloads with minimal guidance
- Strong relationship management and facilitation abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem-solving capabilities
- Strong decision-making skills
- Adaptable to changes in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with a self-motivated work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion
Responsibilities
- Develop test plans and assess key eligibility applications
- Engage in JAD discussions and review design documentation to clarify testing needs
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and System Vendor personnel to ensure comprehensive testing of system modifications and functionality
- Utilize knowledge of SNAP, WIC, and CCAP, as well as Medicaid policies, to conduct thorough system evaluations
- Record defects and coordinate with the team to confirm that corrections are applied effectively
- Execute smoke testing and provide assistance following major production releases
