Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Application Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role that supports enterprise applications.
- Advanced skills in requirements gathering: elicitation, documentation, process mapping, gap analysis, and creation of functional specifications.
- Proven track record of collaborating with developers/QA and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and support.
- Proficiency in operating within a managed services environment, showcasing responsiveness, organization, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Exceptional communication capabilities with a knack for bridging gaps between business and technical teams.
- Experience with application support and administrative responsibilities, such as managing user access and providing operational assistance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and application requirements to deliver effective support solutions.
- Collect, document, and verify requirements; conduct gap analysis and assess impacts in conjunction with technical teams.
- Develop comprehensive functional specifications and collaborate with developers, quality assurance teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout design, testing, and deployment phases.
- Assist in system testing, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and prepare reports on findings.
- Create user documentation and training resources; provide support to analysts and end users.
- Suggest improvements, upgrades, and innovative technologies to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Execute application administration duties including user management and support with SSL certificate processes.
- Propose, plan, and implement software enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and governance guidelines.
Description

You will closely engage with business stakeholders and IT partners to elevate application performance, streamline operations, and ensure that users have the necessary documentation and support.
