Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in desktop support is advantageous but not essential
- We provide training for entry-level candidates
- Fundamental understanding of PC imaging
- Familiarity with incident and change management is a plus
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink, or Secure Disk Wipe is beneficial
- Dell Technician certification is preferred
- Involvement in IT inventory management is a plus
- Must reside within commuting distance of Andover, MA
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory for this role
- Availability to work onsite consistently
- Capability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, kneel, and work beneath desks
- Must successfully pass mandatory drug testing (company covered)
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues on workstations
- Set up, relocate, and modify PCs (IMAC duties)
- Install computer images as required
- Recover and label IT equipment
- Provide support for printers
- Assist users at a technical support desk (Tech Bar)
- Update and manage tickets and requests within the IT system
- Assist with additional IT support tasks as necessary
