Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of IT support experience in office or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with handheld devices, scanners, and label printers
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities for Windows devices, peripherals, and office technologies
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently in both a busy factory and office environment
- Hands-on technical skills for device repair, cabling, and equipment setup
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support for manufacturing teams and production staff
- Troubleshoot and maintain wireless handheld devices like Zebra and Honeywell
- Support industrial printers, barcode scanners, and labeling systems
- Quickly address device and connectivity issues to minimize production downtime
- Assist in imaging, configuring, and deploying shop floor hardware
- Offer daily technical support to office employees across all departments
- Support Windows PCs, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and related peripherals
- Assist with Microsoft 365 applications and Teams collaboration tools
- Help with onboarding and offboarding processes, user account setups, and equipment deployment
- Ensure reliable connectivity, printing options, and conference room tech
- Conduct routine updates, device health checks, and asset management
- Assist with basic infrastructure and application support
- Document procedures, solutions, and troubleshooting methods
- Manage updates, patches, and device health monitoring
- Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to enhance stability and reliability
- Take ownership of issues until they are resolved
