Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience in project management, particularly in IT and HR functionalities
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, with Scrum Master certification preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
- Proficient in facilitating meetings and promoting team collaboration
- Creative thinking for developing original documentation and project materials
Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement project plans for medium to large initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives
- Cultivate and communicate a clear project vision to team members and stakeholders
- Identify and allocate resources effectively to match team strengths with project requirements
- Maintain direct communication with stakeholders to clarify needs and goals
- Monitor project performance across metrics such as timelines, budgets, and quality
- Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance throughout project execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set priorities and facilitate essential decisions
- Foster collaboration among diverse project teams using suitable tools
- Lead Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach the Development Team on self-management and effective practices
- Assist the Development Team in delivering high-value products
- Eliminate obstacles that hinder the Development Teams progress
- Advise the Product Owner on effective management of the Product Backlog
- Ensure that all Scrum events are productive, constructive, and time-bound
