Requirements
Must:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Basic understanding or interest in infrastructure systems such as Microsoft Windows OS and Server, Linux Systems, OS deployment, Virtualization, Active Directory/Group Policy, and IT Security.
- Experience resolving PC hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages, including PowerShell, VBScript, and Python.
- A natural curiosity to comprehend how technology can be utilized to solve business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the everyday operations and support of IT infrastructure and operations teams.
- Collaborate under the guidance of experienced team members while gradually taking on more responsibilities as your skills develop.
- Receive mentorship from seasoned team members and work alongside a manager for professional growth.
- Rotate through various technical teams, gaining exposure to multiple technologies during the internship.
