Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or in a comparable senior software engineering position.
- Strong professional background with .NET and backend application development.
- Robust experience in Angular and contemporary frontend development methodologies.
- Proven track record working with Python in software solutions, automation, AI, or data-related contexts.
- Familiarity with or hands-on experience with AI solutions, integrations, or AI-enhanced product features.
- Skilled in designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating dispersed systems.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, deployment automation, and best practices in the development lifecycle.
- Substantial experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to transition from requirements to implementation.
- Capability to comprehend both technical and non-technical requirements and turn them into effective solutions.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, able to engage directly with clients, users, and internal teams.
- Team-oriented perspective with the ability to collaborate efficiently in cross-functional settings.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where ownership and adaptability are key traits.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience may also be taken into consideration.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and sustain full-stack applications utilizing contemporary backend and frontend technologies.
- Construct robust backend services and APIs utilizing .NET.
- Create responsive and maintainable frontend applications using Angular.
- Engage in the design and incorporation of AI-enabled features and integrations.
- Employ Python for AI, automation, data processing, or service development as needed.
- Transform business and client requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and other developers to deliver superior software.
- Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and technology selection processes.
- Develop and refine CI/CD pipelines to support dependable and efficient software delivery.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling, optimization, and integration tasks.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, documentation, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Assist in identifying technical risks, proposing viable solutions, and fostering continuous improvement within development processes.
- Clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative team culture through knowledge sharing, mentorship, and effective teamwork.
