Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or related roles like Technical Program Manager, Developer, or Business Analyst
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to comprehend system architecture, data pipelines, and microservices
- Proven experience in managing dependencies in complex, multi-team settings using tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Excellent communication skills to effectively translate technical constraints into business impacts
- Background in consumer finance is preferred
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is desirable
- Familiarity with containerization and cloud infrastructure is a plus
- Experience in architecture modernization projects and iterative greenfield development is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the lead product manager to grasp strategic objectives and own the prioritization of the cross-team technical roadmap in alignment with product and engineering leadership
- Proactively identify, track, and manage inter-team dependencies to ensure timely delivery of sprint outcomes
- Shape and document technical requirements alongside Engineering Managers and Tech Leads, ensuring clarity and alignment with product goals
- Decompose work into actionable, outcome-focused increments suitable for single sprints with a focus on delivering measurable value
- Act as the product advocate, clearly articulating the business drivers to technical stakeholders and conveying technical considerations to non-technical stakeholders
