Requirements
Must:
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field is required.
- A masters degree is preferred.
- Must possess Public Trust Clearance.
- U.S. residency within the last three years is required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in ASP.NET and C#.
- Experience with Angular and Node.js (specifically Angular versions 17-18).
- At least two (2) years of experience with Service Oriented Architecture and service integration involving Web Services, REST, and security.
- Minimum of one (1) year working with architectural frameworks, patterns, and data structures.
- Familiarity with .NET-specific technologies like WPF, WCF, or WF.
- Skilled in scripting languages including ASP.NET, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and other front-end scripting languages.
- Experience with data access using Data Adapter, Data Reader, Dataset in ADO.NET, and LINQ for data manipulation.
- Understanding of building applications that require concurrency.
- Extensive experience with SQL Server 2014, including the creation of Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, Views, and Database Design.
- Knowledge of modern Integrated Eligibility Systems for managing eligibility for various health and human services programs such as SNAP, TCA, and TDAP.
- Experience with system integration and data transfer among platforms like EBT, MMIS, HIX, ACA, and IES.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement intricate solutions utilizing the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5+ with C#, ASP.NET, and ADO.NET.
- Convert application requirements into web-based solutions employing suggested frameworks and technologies.
- Create and develop reusable components, accelerators, and frameworks.
- Support system integration for various components.
- Implement Test Driven Development frameworks such as NUnit and xUnit.
- Apply Design Patterns (including Singleton, Factory, and ASP.NET MVC).
- Work with Data Structures effectively.
