Must:

- Over 7 years of experience in .NET development.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in leadership positions.
- A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in ERP development.
- Expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web Forms, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
- Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain .NET applications utilizing C#, ASP.NET, MVC/Web Forms, .NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server.
- Produce clean, maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Execute unit testing and debugging to assure software quality and reliability.
- Allocate development tasks to the product team.
- Conduct code reviews ensuring compliance with QT9 Softwares global coding standards.
- Tackle complex development projects, ensuring product alignment and fostering adherence to coding standards among team members.
- Oversee builds for major, minor, and bug-fix releases for customers.
- Mentor and assist team developers to enhance their contributions.
- Collaborate with the product manager to define business rules and necessary product features.
- Engage with the QC team regarding quality control and validation processes.
- Support the launch of new sites to meet validation, development, and customer requirements.
- Work with the IT team on design practices to align with infrastructure modifications, addressing issues in live production sites as they relate to permissions and needs from both customers and the IT team.
