IT Manager - Network and Security

- 4 to 7 years of substantial IT experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role - Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience - Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration including Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, SharePoint, and Exchange Online - Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory - Skilled in endpoint management using Intune, including Autopilot deployment and ensuring device compliance - Core security competencies, including MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint protection, and user access management - Proven ability to manage remote team members across differing time zones - Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences - Available to work in-person at our Burnaby headquarters on a regular hybrid schedule - Authorized to work in Canada Preferred: - Previous experience transitioning an organization from outsourced IT support to an in-house team - Experience in regulated industries or certification-focused environments - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Business deployment - Proficient in PowerShell scripting for operational efficiency - Relevant certifications in Microsoft and networking (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator, Security Administrator, Cisco CCNA, Sophos, or Fortinet certifications)
