Cisco network engineer

- Network Design & Implementation: I will assist in designing and deploying network solutions tailored to business needs, focusing on Cisco and Meraki devices as well as Azure networking services. - Network Configuration & Troubleshooting: I will configure, monitor, and maintain networking components. Additionally, I will identify and resolve network issues in both on-premises and cloud setups to ensure optimal performance. - Cloud Network Integration: I will integrate on-premises networks with Azure virtual networks to maintain secure and efficient connectivity between cloud and local systems using VPNs, ExpressRoute, and other hybrid technologies. - Security & Compliance: I will implement and oversee network security protocols across different environments, including configuring firewalls and Azure Network Security Groups (NSGs). This also involves collaborating with the security team to mitigate potential threats. - Network Performance Optimization: I will proactively monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, enhance routing, and ensure effective data flow throughout the network. - Documentation & Reporting: I will maintain accurate network topology diagrams and configuration files, providing essential reports on network performance and incidents as needed. - Collaboration: I will work closely with other IT teams to support cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless integration of network systems with enterprise applications and cloud services while addressing connectivity issues. - On-call Support & Incident Response: I will provide on-call support during critical situations, ensuring swift resolution of network-related problems to minimize downtime. ###
