Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in business analysis or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with digital communication tools, including chat and video conferencing platforms
- Ability to manage multiple time zones effectively
- Bilingual in English and French is a significant advantage
- Strong understanding of Canadian regulations, including PIPEDA and consumer protection laws<br>
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements via virtual meetings and online workshops
- Produce clear user stories, process maps, and detailed requirement specifications for development teams
- Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, managing communication across various time zones
- Analyze data to inform business recommendations and insights
- Facilitate remote Agile ceremonies, ensuring team members comprehend the objectives and rationale behind tasks<br>
