Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an agency environment
- A portfolio showcasing completed design projects in pharma advertising
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and FIGMA
- Demonstrated experience as a Visual Designer or Production Designer within an agency setting
- Strong portfolio illustrating exceptional craftsmanship, design sensibility, and attention to detail
- Experience specifically in pharmaceutical advertising
- Solid skills in typography, color theory, and illustration, with a discerning eye for design aesthetics
- Comprehensive understanding of design fundamentals, brand consistency, and visual storytelling
- Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering high-quality design solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork with diverse groups
- A strong desire to learn and enhance design skills continuously
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of prototyping, motion design, and technical design is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Partner with Art Directors and Medical Copywriters to transform creative concepts into visually compelling designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the feasibility of implementations, ensuring that interaction design is actionable
- Create effective structures and flows based on consistent, scalable conceptual models that reflect users mental frameworks
- Identify user needs and address client challenges to conceive innovative design solutions
- Establish a visual language and develop cohesive brand experiences across various healthcare sectors
- Work closely with the team to maintain brand consistency and uphold design principles
- Leverage strong typography, color theory, and illustrative skills to produce visually striking designs
- Approach design challenges with creativity, identifying unique solutions to meet project goals
- Engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams, actively taking part in brainstorming sessions and design reviews
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging design strategies, continually refining design expertise
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs
