Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Over 4 years of experience in software design or testing
- Proven expertise in designing and developing software systems
- Proficient in serial communication protocols including UARTs, SPI, and I2C
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team
- Familiarity with version control management tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
- Knowledge of software coding and testing techniques
- Familiarity with signal integrity tools
- Exposure to MATLAB and Simulink
- Experience with image processing technologies such as OpenCV or OpenCL
Responsibilities
- Define software requirements for various projects
- Design, develop, and test complex, reliable software systems
- Ensure high-quality design, documentation, and implementation throughout the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, including Systems, Software, and Electrical/Firmware
- Contribute actively to improving departmental processes and implementing industry best practices
- Architect, design, code, and test intricate software and algorithms
