Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Computer Science or related field).
- Over 5 years of experience designing and deploying technology projects that involve advanced analytics or machine learning models.
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies, including experimentation, prototyping, solutioning, and deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI technologies and platforms is strongly preferred.
- Professional Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect are preferred.
Responsibilities
As the AI Solutions Architect and Developer Manager, I will expect you to:
- Play a pivotal role in envisioning “the art of the possible” with AI by transforming abstract concepts into tangible solutions for clients.
- Develop and showcase demonstrations and prototypes that address real-world challenges, illustrating the practical applications and benefits of AI.
- Create repeatable industry solution accelerators through experimentation and prototyping iterations, solving immediate business problems and paving the way for scalable future implementations.
- Lead the design and development of end-to-end AI solutions to solve complex business issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create AI-enabled solutions and develop functional prototypes to validate the feasibility and applicability of these technologies to practical challenges.
- Foster innovation by identifying new AI technologies or methodologies to enhance current processes or tackle new challenges.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate these requirements into technical specifications for the AI Innovation Hub.
- Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure the smooth implementation of AI/ML models into production systems.
- Establish best practices in AI governance, ensuring ethical use, transparency, and risk management while delivering high-quality services to clients.

Compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range from $133,000 - $213,000 annually, along with additional bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) savings plan, and generous PTO policies. All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
