Requirements
Must:
- Associate degree or relevant certification in computer technology OR 4β6 years of professional technical and/or customer support experience required
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems (up to Windows 11) and Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Teams
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and employ creative problem-solving
- Self-motivated with strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to established procedures
- Familiarity with asset lifecycle management
- Experience in executive support, audio/video support, and contact center environments is highly preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations in a hybrid setting
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support through phone and other communication methods to ensure prompt resolution of issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related challenges while documenting all actions in the ticketing system
- Maintain ownership of unresolved issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams as necessary
- Offer on-site assistance at the Chesterfield office, including onboarding new hires with technology, supporting hardware/software deployments, and managing inventory
- Mentor and guide team members on effective issue resolution and best practices
- Participate in an on-call rotation, including after-hours support for technology changes
- Aid in documenting technical processes and procedures for future reference
