Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Office Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access
- Advanced proficiency and experience in Tableau
- Strong organizational skills and business acumen
- Ability to manage multiple reporting projects and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Tableau certification preferred, but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Production Management and cross-functional teams to gather and assess data
- Develop and sustain databases within Microsoft Access
- Design and produce insightful dashboards and visualizations using Tableau
- Provide accurate and timely reports for regular production meetings
- Convert data into actionable insights that guide business strategies
- Act as the main point of contact for the Production Management team and various departments
- Prepare and present detailed reports for recurring production meetings
- Ensure all reports are executed flawlessly and adhere to established guidelines

This full-time position, although part-time options are available, focuses on data analytics and business intelligence.
