Requirements
Must:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience
- At least 4 years of implementing ServiceNow solutions
- 4 years of experience with HTML5, JAVA, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and Angular.js
- Proven experience leading and maintaining ServiceNow ATF
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM implementation and maintenance
- Capability to create ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and homepages
- Proficiency in administering a ServiceNow instance, including group delegation, CMS modification, workflows, business rules, UI actions, and ACLs
- Skills in integrating ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP or REST APIs
- Familiarity with ServiceNow App Engine and the ServiceNow Studio IDE
- Experience using the Workflow Editor for configuring workflows
Responsibilities
- Create customized ServiceNow applications utilizing modern web technologies
- Set up standard workflows and design/customize workflows as needed
- Adjust application-specific fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow ATF
- Regularly update and manage ServiceNow ITOM
- Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems using APIs
- Engage in internal and client meetings to uncover unique use cases for the ServiceNow platform
- Quickly prototype new solutions to showcase ServiceNow capabilities to clients
