Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT support
- Active Secret security clearance
- CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Experience in federal end user support for at least 3 years
- Strong understanding of systems and applications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
- Excellent customer service and professional communication skills
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier II support for IT issues escalated from Tier I Service Desk
- Resolve complex technical problems requiring detailed knowledge of systems and applications
- Deliver exceptional in-person and remote support for IT users
- Repair and maintain various hardware and software
- Troubleshoot OS and application issues effectively on first contact
- Set up and troubleshoot audio and video teleconferencing equipment
- Configure and support network and standalone printers
- Assist with the setup and DOD configuration of mobile devices
- Perform hardware and software installations, including relocations
- Provide guidance on all supported devices and systems
- Escalate issues to appropriate experts when necessary
- Mentor and train new team members
- Contribute to the IT knowledge base and internal documentation
- Support the Team Lead with escalations and major incidents
- Monitor ticket queues and maintain performance metrics
- Manage and prioritize the ticket queue based on urgency
Description
We are seeking a dedicated Onsite End User Services (EUS) Specialist to provide in-person technical assistance for IT issues at our Mark Center location in Alexandria, VA. This full-time role offers a competitive salary between $75,000 and $95,000 per year along with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching, health, dental, life, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
