Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related technology field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an IT support role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with both internal and external clients
- Experience with systems implementation projects preferred
- Familiarity with timekeeping systems, preferably Kronos
- Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Team player with a collaborative approach
Responsibilities
- Provide primary support for UKG Pro WFM (Kronos), including Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, and Analytics modules
- Configure and maintain InTouch data capture devices
- Design, test, and troubleshoot interfaces between UKG/CRT and HR/Payroll systems
- Offer secondary support for other HRIS/Payroll systems like SAGE People and Cornerstone LMS
- Engage with users to identify and resolve system-related issues
- Implement and test vendor patches and upgrades
- Collaborate with leadership to transform business needs into technical specifications
- Deliver technical training to end users, both on-site and remotely
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory protocols
