System Analyst (Ref: 18144)

- 10+ years of IT experience - Demonstrated proficiency in Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windows operating systems, desktop deployment, VPN, RDP, and Microsoft Teams - Understanding of Windows Client and Windows Server within production settings - Experience configuring Windows Infrastructure via Group Policy and/or scripts - Skilled in using PowerShell to automate and perform tasks - Fundamental knowledge of the TCP/IP Stack and common services such as DNS and DHCP - Familiarity with Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite / Enterprise Mobility + Security (EM+S) is an asset - 3+ years of experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) upgrade, consolidation, and migration projects - 2+ years working with Office/Microsoft 365 with at least one year of mailbox migration experience - 1+ years of hands-on experience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) or Azure Active Directory, and understanding of SAML 2.0 and cloud SSO providers - Practical experience in AWS infrastructure management and supporting SharePoint environments is a plus - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, capable of efficiently resolving intricate technical challenges - Experience collaborating with third-party technical support vendors - Proficient in creating and maintaining technical documentation - Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Windows Server, Office 365, Azure) are highly preferred - Solid comprehension of IT service management and familiarity with ITIL best practices is advantageous - Proven record of continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies
