System Administrator (Ref: 18133)

- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise systems monitoring and incident response across Linux and Windows environments. - At least 5 years of experience in production operations support for online, batch, and file transfer systems. - Minimum 3 years of experience with batch job scheduling, execution, and failure analysis using enterprise schedulers like BMC Control-M or equivalent. - At least 5 years of experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of system, application, and infrastructure issues. - Minimum 3 years of ITIL-aligned operational support experience, including incident, problem, and service request management. - Required 4 years of service desk and customer support experience, including clear communication of technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. - At least 3 years of experience in operational documentation development and maintenance, including runbooks and playbooks. - Minimum 5 years of ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional technical teams. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting issues, workflows, and resolutions required for at least 5 years. - Required 3 years of experience supporting a 24x7 operations environment, including participation in on-call rotation. - Highly desired 3 years of UNIX/Linux administration experience, including CRON scheduling and shell scripting (BASH, Perl). - Desired 2 years of familiarity with enterprise monitoring and alerting tools. - Desired 2 years of experience supporting large, multi-user enterprise environments. - Desired 3 years of knowledge regarding application lifecycle support and production readiness practices.
