Requirements

Must:
- Active certification in Workday Financials, including Core Financials, Banking & Settlements, Revenue Management, Grants Management, Accounting Center, and Contracts-to-Cash valid through 2025 R1 - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, with at least 7 years focused on Workday Financials solutions - Advanced knowledge of Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, BIRT, REST/SOAP APIs) and cross-functional Workday modules (Adaptive Planning, Prism Analytics, Extend) - Proven experience with compliance to US GAAP and federal grants regulations in Financials implementations - 5-7 years of experience in multi-tenant Workday Financials deployments across the public sector - 5-7 years of expertise in designing and implementing Accounting Center for cash-basis reporting and advanced financial allocations - 5-7 years of strong understanding of ERP migrations from legacy systems, particularly PeopleSoft to Workday

- Guide the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Financials solutions - Conduct requirements confirmation sessions and analyze gaps to provide viable solution alternatives - Create scalable and efficient architectures for Workday Financials, ensuring seamless module integration - Develop and implement solutions for various Workday Financials modules including Core Financials and Revenue Management - Optimize Grants Management processes, including Pre-/Post-Award activities - Collaborate with vendors to enhance integrations using tools like Workday Studio and Prism Analytics - Identify and implement Extend solutions to fill functionality gaps and address business needs - Ensure adherence to US GAAP and industry-specific financial regulations - Design security frameworks and data governance strategies to support compliance - Lead major ERP system migrations, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems - Automate key financial workflows to improve processing efficiency and reporting accuracy - Create advanced reports and custom analytics to enhance organizational decision-making
