Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field with IT experience
- Minimum 10 years of current experience with ASP.NET
- At least 5 years of hands-on work with C#
- Minimum 5 years of experience with MVC frameworks
- 5 years of experience in analyzing and addressing security-related issues for applications developed in multiple languages
- Working knowledge of Oracle SQL for a minimum of 5 years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for at least 5 years
- Proven ability to resolve complex programming challenges for 5 years
- Understanding of EDI file formats with at least 1 year of experience
- Experience in the healthcare industry for at least 1 year
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing applications and develop new web applications
- Collaborate with project managers, other developers, business analysts, and functional team members on project initiatives
- Complete project assignments while participating in the full development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and design
- Engage with technical and functional staff to grasp detailed business requirements and align with project goals
- Draft technical specifications based on conceptual designs and articulated business needs
- Employ object-oriented techniques and industry best practices for design, development, unit testing, and deployment
- Develop code along with unit testing strategies and plans
- Utilize the Microsoft .NET Framework and supported MVC frameworks for application development
- Partner with the Project Manager to maintain the project plan and monitor milestone achievements
- Collaborate with project managers, technical personnel, and end users to prototype, refine, test, and debug applications
- Operate independently with minimal guidance and coordinate with external partners as necessary
- Consider web application architecture and business decisions during the design process
- Provide requirements analysis, documentation, and communication to the EDI and program teams
- Ensure accurate file exchanges with external trading partners and resolve EDI data transmission conflicts
- Offer helpdesk-level support for EDI claim transactions
