Requirements
Must:
- Strong technical expertise in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Proven business analysis skills, including data validation and testing
- Experience with requirements traceability and system support
- Proficiency in developing test plans and scripts
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, and/or data analysis tools
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities in data conversion issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create high-quality, detailed documentation
- Minimum of four years experience in HRIS implementation and administration
- Familiarity with large-scale data conversion processes
- Experience in implementing or supporting Workday HCM
- Previous work experience with PeopleSoft HCM
- Background in supporting technology in the public sector
Responsibilities
- Review and address data conversion challenges to efficiently map data from legacy systems to Workday
- Utilize validation techniques to ensure successful data conversion outcomes
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts while conducting comprehensive testing
- Offer technical support for system maintenance and enhancements
- Create user guides and supplementary documentation as needed
- Provide user training and ongoing support
- Act as a liaison between business units and the technical team to facilitate technical assistance
