Requirements
Must:
- 1–5 years of experience in project management, technical coordination, or operations
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid)
- Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or cloud technologies is advantageous
- Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Practical knowledge of SDLC
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Skill in conveying technical concepts clearly and professionally
- High emotional intelligence and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
- Comfort with data and basic reporting tools
- High degree of adaptability to evolving AI technology and organizational needs
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and growth
Responsibilities
- Translate operational needs into defined project requirements
- Oversee projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, building, testing, and deployment
- Monitor timelines, dependencies, risks, and obstacles
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project deployment
- Maintain a centralized documentation repository for projects, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user training guides
- Coordinate project schedules for departmental teams involved in AI initiatives alongside their regular duties
- Proactively identify and address project obstacles, whether technical or resource-related
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical business units
- Maintain clear and respectful communication amidst changing priorities
- Manage side-of-desk projects or contribute to cross-functional working groups
- Promote collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure completed projects adhere to the original project scope
Description
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager I–II for our IT Department to aid in our shift from manual processes to technology-enhanced efficiency. This position involves managing multiple small-scale AI and automation initiatives as well as traditional IT projects. As a vital coordination link between operational teams and internal technical resources, you will focus on the execution of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) while facilitating communication across functions. Our goal is to streamline the development cycle of tools created with AI Coding technology, transitioning them from conception to deployment while ensuring data integrity.
