Requirements
Must:
We’re seeking candidates with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT help desk support. You should have a proven history as a self-motivated individual and be adept at remotely supporting IT operations across multiple locations. Reliable personal transportation is essential for onsite support, and mileage will be reimbursed.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide help desk support to clients, either remotely or in person. Your duties will include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting workstations, printers, desktop software, and other systems. You’ll utilize ticket-tracking software extensively to document your work. Furthermore, you will configure laptops and workstations according to client specifications, assist with network equipment configurations, escalate issues as appropriate, and support technology migrations, including Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and desktop virtualization. You’ll also help maintain procedural documentation and training materials, performing other administrative and support tasks as needed.
