Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in an office or administrative role.
- Strong ability to efficiently organize, track, and follow up on various details and projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
- Proven capability to engage with both internal and external clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adept at researching and resolving issues through investigation and communication.
- Capacity to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily receipt of products and address any discrepancies in receiving.
- Investigate and resolve pricing, cost discrepancies, and open order concerns.
- Accurately input and process web orders on a daily basis across all locations.
- Review customer notes and special shipping requests meticulously and ensure adherence to them.
- Manage and monitor reports related to backorders to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
- Provide backup support for Abbott Seatwheel and handle administrative projects, including reporting as time allows.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities to aid in achieving departmental and team objectives.
